What’s it like working together?

I only take on 1 - 2 projects at a time, and I reserve calendar space at least a month in advance. This means I can give more attention to your project, our communications and timeline.  

Working on a project also requires a lot of commitment on your part. For any design project, you can expect to spend 10 - 15 hours planning, reviewing, and providing feedback. Please be sure you have the time to dedicate before you make a booking. Branding and graphic design project time frames vary.

Do you do all of your work in house ?

“In house” for me means wherever I’m travelling at the time. All of the strategy and design work is done by me, but for projects that require custom coding, I partner with other developers to bring your ideas to light. This ensures that all of the work is done by experts in their field so you get the best results.

I can also design custom sites for you to hand off to your own developers, if that’s how you prefer to work.

Which website platforms do you work on?

We work on Shopify, Showit and Squarespace. I suggest for ecommerce stores: It's powerful, purpose-built and easy to update on your own. Showit and Squarespace are great for service-based businesses who want a great blog and don't want the hassles of ac custom WordPress site. Have questions about which platform is best for you? Just ask. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept credit cards and bank transfers via Stripe. You don’t have to have a Stripe account to use this service, and it’s easy to make payments through my online invoices.

I require a 50% deposit upfront to reserve your spot on my design calendar, and the additional 50% is due upon completion. I sometime make alternate arrangements, but please note that 100% of the project cost must be paid before I send you the final web or graphic files.
